About Ryan Schinker
Ryan Schinker is a licensed real estate agent and the founder of Kyro Estates. I grew up in the construction industry, learning the business from the ground up through residential construction, renovations, home building, additions, and flat roofing. This hands-on experience gave me a strong understanding of how homes are truly built and what adds real, long-term value — not just what looks good on the surface.
Alongside my construction background, I’ve developed strong expertise in marketing and deep local market knowledge, allowing me to strategically position properties and help clients make confident, informed real estate decisions.
Giving back to the community is a core part of who I am. I proudly support local hockey teams, volunteer with Family and Children’s Services programs, and serve on the Board of Directors, contributing to initiatives that make a positive impact on the lives of others.
