Kyro Estates is a Waterloo Region real estate team rooted in construction. We help buyers, sellers and builders across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Elmira. We know how homes are built, so we know what they’re worth.
Before real estate, we spent years in residential construction, renovations, custom builds, additions and flat roofing. That’s why we look past the finishes. We see the structure, the workmanship and the upgrades that add real value, and we use that to price homes accurately, spot problems early and negotiate with confidence.
We pair that builder’s eye with modern marketing (professional staging, photography, video and targeted digital campaigns) and street-by-street knowledge of the local market.

We partner with builders and developers to launch and sell new construction communities. From pre-construction pricing and floor plan strategy to model homes, marketing campaigns and buyer management, we handle the sales side so builders can focus on building. Our current project is Pine Ridge Crossing in Elmira.

I grew up in the construction industry and learned the business from the ground up. Before I ever sold a home, I was building, renovating and roofing them. That experience shapes how I serve my clients: I focus on what gives a home lasting value, not just what looks good in photos.
Today I work on both sides of the market, selling resale homes across Waterloo Region and representing builders on new construction projects like Pine Ridge Crossing in Elmira.
Community matters to me. I support local hockey teams, volunteer with Family and Children’s Services programs and serve on the Board of Directors.
